Policy Bazaar’s Promise
Sales agents at PolicyBazaar face significant challenges in managing their leads effectively resulting in missed high-value opportunities. Additionally, the current incentive structure incentivizes sales closure over quality. The current workflow lacks intelligent prioritization, and promotes unsustainable sales.
1️⃣ Missed high-value time-sensitive leads: Agents struggle to identify and act on leads with the highest potential due to poor prioritization leading to lost revenue.
2️⃣ Ineffective follow-ups resulting in lost conversions: Agents rely on memory or manual spreadsheets causing delayed or missed opportunities that could have converted with follow-up calls.
3️⃣ Misaligned incentives leading to customer distrust: Current incentive structure focuses on only on closing sales which promotes short-term sales malpractices leading to renewal drop-offs and potentially damaging PolicyBazaar’s brand credibility in the long run.
